Ran across a couple of issues this week...
Nirvana SUL... some of the standoffs came in a fiberglass rod instead of carbon, consequently, the standoff looks bent and floppy. Nirvana HW... Upper spreader APA had a manufacturing issue and the spreader is not tight in some of the kites... Some of these kites slipped out the door like this, if you have one, drop us a line or call. |

Received one like this, in minutes I knew what it was on SUL. Was easy to figure out as I spotted it when removing from the bag first time.
The Fiberglass rod is more prone to give, more-so than the Carbon Fiber rod. Plus the FGlass rod has completely different texture (grainy texture) than CF micro rods. Scott you & Theresa had my parts here ultra-fast 8) , with spares parts to boot. 8) Easy fix on SUL.. Thnx.
