What are the better ways to make templates for pannel cutting? Ideas?

I have made templates out of plexiglass. Works well if you have straight edges, and rotary cut along each side. You can cut through multiple layers too. Can't rotary cut very well along an inside curve though. What are you using now? Good luck! -------------------- "We're All About Serious Kites"

I've been making my own out of stiff foamboard. Works well, easy to modify... but they dont last as long as I'd like.

What are the better ways to make templates for pannel cutting? Ideas? Or you can buy different sizes in a roll of galvanized roof flaskin (hope I said it right). Very easy to cut even with dull heavy duty shears. Also it's high resistance to heat which is good when cutting your material with a hot knife, very easy to work with. -------------------- Old and pennyless FOREVER!
