Time Zone (GMT)

Having trouble with setting your time zone in the forum go to this URL http://nist.time.gov/ and select your zone and it will tell you what to set your (GMT) on your profile page to ...

If you are in the Pacific zone you should set your GMT to "-8 hours"
If you are in the Mountain zone you should set your GMT to "-7 hours"
If you are in the Central zone you should set your GMT to "-6 hours"
If you are in the Eastern zone you should set your GMT to "-5 hours"
If you are in the Alaska zone you should set your GMT to "-9 hours"
If you are in the Hawaii-Aleutian zone you should set your GMT to "-10 hours"
If you are in the Alaska zone you should set your GMT to "-4 hours"

After you have your time zone GMT number go to your Profile Page (Click on the profile link at the top of the index page after you have logged in) Scroll down the page until you find the GMT setting click on the drop down menu and select your GMT setting. Then Click the submit button at the bottom of the page.

That's is your done.
