To reply to a post with a "Quote" simply click the "Quote" Button located in the upper right hand corner of the post you wish to reply to. You will be taken to a screen where you can not only reply but edit the "quote" as well.
After editing the "Quote" scroll down to the bottom of the text area and type your reply message to post. \  /
